摘要
为了解决某煤矿在变电所下的煤炭开采问题,采用留煤柱限厚开采方法对所压煤柱进行试采研究,根据建筑物Ⅱ级损坏标准,通过概率积分法预计和数值模拟相结合的方法,对3203工作面开采方案进行优化研究。结果表明,有2种开采方案既能有效控制地表下沉,又能最大限度地开采煤炭资源。第1种方案为在变电所下留设长300 m、宽80 m的煤柱,且左侧工作面采厚为2.7 m,右侧工作面采厚为2.0 m;第2种方案为在变电所下留设长300 m、宽95 m的煤柱,且左侧工作面采厚为2.7 m,右侧工作面采厚为2.4 m。
In order to solve the problem of coal mining under a substation in a certain coal mine,a trial mining study on the pressed coal pillars was carried out using the method of limiting the thickness of the remaining coal pillars.According to the class II damage standard of the building,the probability integration method was used to predict the numerical simulation.Method to optimize the mining plan of3203 working face.The results show that there are two mining schemes that can effectively control the surface subsidence and maximize the exploitation of coal resources.The first scheme is to leave a coal pillar with a length of 300 m and a width of 80 m under the substation,and the thickness of the left working face is 2.7 m,and the thickness of the right working face is 2.0 m;the second is to use the substation a coal pillar with a length of 300 m and a width of 95 m is left below,and the thickness of the left working face is 2.7 m,and the thickness of the right working face is 2.4 m.
