摘要
目的探讨中成药说明书中妊娠期及哺乳期妇女用药信息标注的情况,为妊娠期及哺乳期妇女合理用药提供参考。方法查阅我院药房中成药说明书,对说明书中妊娠期及哺乳期妇女用药信息进行统计分析。结果 321种药品中处方药有252种,非处方药69种。处方药妊娠期妇女标注有效信息占45%,哺乳期妇女标注有效信息占6%;非处方药妊娠期妇女标注有效信息占55%,哺乳期妇女标注有效信息占7.2%。结论中成药说明书中妊娠期及哺乳期妇女信息标注不够完善,需要进一步提高。
Objective To investigate the labeling condition of drug information for pregnant and lactating women in instructions of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） ,and provide evidence for rational drug use. Methods The instructions of TCM used in our hospital pharmacy were collected and analyzed in terms of drug information for pregnant and lactating women. Results There were 252 kinds of prescription drugs and 69 kinds of Over-the-counter drugs （ OTC） in 321 kinds of TCM. The labeling condition of drug information for pregnant women in instructions of prescription drugs actively accounted for 45%,for lactating women accounted for 6%. The labeling condition of drug information for pregnant women in instructions of OTC actively accounted for 55%,for lactating women accounted for 7. 2%. Conclusion The labeling condition of drug information for pregnant and lactating women in instructions of TCM is not perfect,it should be further improved.
