摘要
采用顶空-气相色谱法测定烟用水基胶中乙酸乙烯酯的残留量。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为基质校正剂、正丙醇为内标,通过顶空进样后,采用HP-VOC色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器（FID）检测。乙酸乙烯酯的质量浓度在0.51~50mg·L^-1范围内呈线性,方法的检出限（3S/N）为0.82μg·g^-1。方法用于不同烟用水基胶中乙酸乙烯酯残留量的测定,加标回收率在96.2%~101%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差（n=6）小于3%。
Headspace-gas chromatography was applied to the determination of residual amounts of vinyl acetate in water-based adhesives for cigarettes.N,N-dimethyl formamide was used as matrix modifier and npropanol was used as internal standard.The sample obtained from the head-spece flask was injected into and separated on HP-VOC column,and detected with FID.The linearity range for vinyl acetate was between 0.51-50mg·L^-1,with detection limit（3S/N）of 0.82μg·g^-1.The method was used for determination of residual vinyl acetate in various water-based adhesives for cigarettes,giving values of recovery found by standard addition method in the range of 96.2%-101% and RSD′s（n=6）less than 3%.
