摘要
甲醛是一种非食品添加剂,禁止在食品中使用,主要介绍食品中甲醛的来源及定性、定量分析技术的研究进展,提出甲醛分析技术的发展方向。
This paper introduced the origin of formaldehyde in food and reviewed advances of the detection technologies of formaldehyde in food.
