摘要
目的了解郑州市第六人民医院中药注射剂的临床合理用药情况。方法采用回顾性分析方法,通过医院HIS系统调取本院2013年中药注射剂的用药数据,对本院中药注射剂的用药品种、金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计,分析用药规律性;并查阅病历,评价中药注射剂的用药合理性。结果血必净注射剂使用金额占总药品金额3.374%,居本院常用中药注射剂之最高。临床不合理使用的情况时有发生,主要有无指征用药、用法用量错误、配伍存在问题等。结论中药注射剂在本院应用较合理,应用过程中临床药师应参与其中,严格掌握用药指征、合理选择用法用量,避免中药注射剂被过度使用,增加不良反应的发生率。
Objective To get clear information about the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the hospital and provide some knowledge for the rational use of drugs.Methods By retrospective method, the drug utilization data of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the hospital in 2013 provided by the hospital’s HIS system were adopted to compare the consumption sum, types and DDDs by descriptive statistics, in order tofi nd out the of drug use. The system of patient records and the system of rational drug use evaluation were reviewed so as to evaluate the rationality of drug use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Results The consumption sum of Xuebijing injection is 3.374% of the total sum of medicine, the highest of TCM injections commonly used in our hospital. Irrational use of clinical cases have occurred, mainly in: No indication medication, usage and dosage unreasonable, compatibility existing problems.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital application is more reasonable, doctors, pharmacists should jointly participate in application process, strict control medication indications, reasonable usage amount, avoid its overuse, increased the incidence of adverse reactions.
