摘要
目的:探讨中药注射剂产生不良反应的根源,为避免和解决中药注射剂不良反应的发生提供参考。方法:从“鱼腥草注射液事件”出发,分析目前我国中药注射剂研发、生产、使用中存在的问题及遭遇到的困难。结果与结论:中药注射剂不良反应产生的原因是多方面的,应当持客观公正的态度对待中药注射剂不良反应,切不可轻易否定或封杀中药注射剂。
OBJECTIVE： To examine the causes for adverse reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine injections, and provide reference and solution for preventing such adverse reactions from occurring, METHODS： Problems and difficulties in the R＆D, manufacture and use of traditional Chinese medicine injections were analyzed against the＂Houttuynia Cordata Injection Event＂ . RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The causes for adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections vary from case to case, An objective and justifiable attitude should be taken towards such adverse reactions so that hasty decision on denying or banning traditional Chinese medicine injections can be avoided.
