摘要
针对目前选煤厂浮选尾煤跑粗现状,以屯兰选煤厂浮选尾矿的浓缩底流煤泥为研究对象,采用具有特殊筛网的新型煤泥分级机,在4种不同的转速下进行了试验,得到了分级效率、平均分配误差等分级机工艺参数,并与现场旋流器的分级性能进行了对比。试验结果表明:新型煤泥分级机可以回收浮选尾矿中的粗颗粒,是集分级与浓缩的一体化设备;电动机频率在30 Hz时,分级效果最好,其分级效率为75.04%,平均分配误差为1.40,并且新型煤泥分级机的分级性能优于分级旋流器。
In view of the coal flotation tailings containing coarse grains in Tunlan coal washery, the thickened underflow of flotation railings was taken as the research object, and new-type coal slime classifier with special sieving screen was applied to conduct the test at four rotary velocity. In addition, technical parameters of the classifier such as classification efficiency and average distribution error were obtained, which was contrasted with the classification performance of the hydrocyclone on site. The test results showed: the new-type coal slime classifier recover coarse grains from flotation tailings, it was integrated equipment which possessed the function of classification and thickening; while the frequency of the motor was 30 Hz, the classification effects was the best with classification efficiency of 75.04% and average distribution error of 1.40; the new-type classifier was superior to the classifying hydrocyclone in classification performance.
