摘要
介绍了一种新型高效煤泥捕收剂ECS-9800,试验结果表明,ECS-9800具有选择性好、分选效率高、省药的特点。与煤油相比,在精煤灰分相同的条件下,可省药3/4以上。高浮选精煤产率,低选煤药耗,将给选煤厂带来良好的经济效益。
A innovation and high efficiency collector, ECS-9800, was introduced, The flotation results showed that the ECS-9800 is characterized by good selectivity, high separation efficiency and reducing reagent dosage. Comparing to kerosene, the ECS-9800 can be saved 75 percentage under the same ash of the float coal. The higher float coal productivity and lower reagents cost can cause a better economic benefit in plant.
