摘要
通过中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库中收集2009年-2015年治疗股骨头坏死的中药处方,基于中医传承辅助平台V2.5(TCMISS V2.5)软件分析股骨头坏死中药处方的用药规律。采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则、核心药物组合。对筛选出的161个中药处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出24个核心组合。股骨头坏死常用的药物以活血化瘀药、补血药、补气药、补阳药等为主,治法主要是补益肝肾、活血化瘀。牛膝、当归、丹参、骨碎补、甘草、黄芪、续断、熟地黄、淫羊藿、红花、桃仁、三七、茯苓、土鳖虫、赤芍、白芍是临床治疗股骨头坏死常用的核心药物。
The Chinese herbal formulas for the treatment of femoral head necrosis were retrieved from CNKI,Chongqing VIP and Wanfang database from 2009 to 2015. Based on TCMISS V2. 5 software,the medication law of herbal medicines was analyzed for the treatment of femoral head necrosis. The use frequen-cy of each medicine in the formulas,the association rules among medicines and the combination of core medi-cines were analyzed with non - supervision data mining methods such as apriori algorithm and the complex system entropy cluster. One hundred and sixteen herbal medicine formulas were screened for analysis and de-termined the use frequency,the association rules and had explored 24 core combinations. The herbs in the categories of activating blood circulation and removing stasis,tonifying blood and tonifying qi were commonly used. The main principles were tonifying the liver and kidney,activating blood circulation,resolving stasis, tonifying blood,qi and yang. The core medicines in clinical treatment of necrosis were radix achyranthis bi-dentatae,angelica sinenesis,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizome drynariae,glycyrrhiza,radix astragali,radix dipsaci, radix rehmanniae praeparata,herba epimedii,safflower carthamus,semen persicae,panax pseudoginseng,poria cocs,eupolyphaga,radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba.
