基于弹性脱钩的中国经济增长与能源消费脱钩关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用弹性脱钩方法,并借鉴Tapio脱钩评价标准,构建经济增长与能源消费的脱钩分析模型,进而从能源消费总量、不同种类能源消费以及三次产业能源消费三个角度分析我国经济增长与能源消费的脱钩关系。研究发现,1991—2012年,我国经济增长与能源消费总体呈现弱脱钩状态,要进一步实现强脱钩,提高能源效率是关键;能源消费结构和产业能耗对我国经济增长与能源消费的脱钩关系产生显著影响。 This paper analyzes the decoupling relationship between Chinese energy consumption and economics growth by using the method of elastic decoupling and drawing lessons from the Tapio evaluation standards from the perspectives of the total energy consumption, different types of energy consumption and industrial energy consumption in China. The results represent that, it has a weak decoupling relationship between China's overall economic growth and energy consumption. In addition, it is crucial to improve the energy efficiency in order to bring about the strong decoupling. Besides, energy consumption structure and industrial structure have a marked impact on the decoupling relationship between economic growth and energy consumption in China.
