摘要
针对深圳市城市内部企业空间分布相关研究较少、城市产业空间结构规划缺少相关参考的问题,该文基于2012年数字城市数据,采用区域密度模型和地统计学GIS分析方法,从整体模型、方向变异性等方面展开对深圳企业空间分布格局的研究。结果表明:整体上深圳企业分布密度基本呈现从市中心向外递减的规律,在同一数据来源下运用圈层距离采样法能提高企业区域密度模型拟合精度;同时计算结果显示:相比人口分布,深圳企业空间分布更符合克拉卡模型,通过半异函数揭示出深圳企业对周边地区亦产生影响力。
Aiming at the problem that the study on the spatial distribution ot Shnenznen enterprises anu me related reference of the spatial structural planning of urban industry are insufficient, the paper studied on the spatial distribution pattern of Shenzhen enterprises from aspects of overall model and directional variability by using the traditional regfoml density model and geostatistics methods based on the digital city data of 2012. Result showed that from the macro-view, Shenzhen enterprises distribution basically showed strong step-down trend from the city center to the periphery, moreover, under the same sources of data, using the circle distance sampling method could improve the fitting precision of enterprises regional density model. Simultaneously, calculation result indicated that Shenzhen enterprises spatial distribution fit Clark model more actually than population spatial distribution, and the semivariance function revealed that Shenzhen enterprises are exerting influence on the surrounding region.
