摘要
对于带有大底盘地下室的高层、超高层结构,由于主楼部分结构自重较大,而地下室部分结构自重相对较小,如果地下水位超过一定高度后,可能会导致与主楼的地下室部位出现"局部整体抗浮失效"。在施工过程中,当地下室部位的覆土回填完成之前,结构的压重没有到位时,如果出现降水能力不足或遇到较强的降雨时,也会发生施工过程中的"局部整体抗浮失效"事故。介绍了"局部整体抗浮失效"发生的部位及受力特征,并结合工程实例提出了"局部整体抗浮设计水头"的计算方法,最后通过数值模拟验证了所建议计算方法的可靠性。
With respect to high-rise and super-high-rise buildings with large chassis basements,because of the high dead load of main building and the relatively low dead load of basement structure,local antifloating failure may occur when the groundwater rises up to a certain level of limitation. During the construction,this phenomenon of local anti-floating failure may also happen when rainfall is not sufficient or it is too much before covering soil is backfilled and weight is not added. In this paper,the location and mechanical property of the local anti-floating failure has been introduced. A calculation method of local anti-floating water head has been proposed and demonstrated a practical case. Finally the reliability of this calculation method has been verified by means of corresponding numerical simulation.
