摘要
目的 探讨采用经尿道钬激光内切开术联合尿道扩张治疗前列腺增生术后尿道狭窄的临床疗效.方法 通过在硬性输尿管镜下钬激光内切开尿道狭窄处,术后常规留置18 ～20F气囊导尿管,留置导尿管5～7d后拔除,拔除导尿管后1个月内定期行尿道扩张治疗.结果 38例患者治疗后排尿通畅,术后无尿失禁、无尿道穿孔、无泌尿系感染、无尿道狭窄复发;术后生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、残余尿量（RUV）3项指标与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义.结论 采用经尿道钬激光内切开术联合尿道扩张治疗,最大限度发挥了两者的优势,取得了满意的疗效,是一种治疗前列腺增生术后尿道狭窄值得推荐的方法。
Objectives To explore effect inusing holmium laser urethrotomy combined with urethral dilation in the treatment of urethral stricture after operation of benign prostate hypertrophy.Methods The rigid ureteroscopic holmium laser urethrotomy for urethral stricture.Routine postoperative 18 ～ 20F indwelling catheter,indwelling catheter afterremoval of 5 ～ 7days.After removal of the catheter within one month regular urethral dilatationtreatment.Results 38 patients without dysuresia,No postoperative urinary incontinence,no urethral perforation,no urinary infection,no recurrence of urethral stricture.The quality of life score after operation（QOL）,maximal urinary flow rate（Qmax）,residual urine volume（RUV） between the 3 indexes and before treatmentwith statistical significance.Conclusions The group were treated by holmium laser urethrotomy combined with urethral dilatation.To maximize the advantages of the two,has obtained the satisfactory curative effect.This is a treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia postoperative urethral stricturemethods recommended.
