摘要
上都电厂5、6号超临界直流锅炉自投运以来,因氧化皮剥落造成了多次非计划停机,严重影响了机组的安全、经济运行。对锅炉氧化皮的成因及危害进行了分析,制定了上都电厂锅炉氧化皮防控措施,有效降低了氧化皮剥落对锅炉正常运行的影响。
Since No.5 and NO.6 supercritical once-through boilers of Shangdu Power Generation were put into operation,abnormal shutdown accident occurred many times which cased by the oxide skin exfoliation. The safety and economic operation of the Power Plant was seriously affected. The cause and harm of the oxide skin exfoliation was studied. The oxide skin exfoliation prevention and control measures were made out in Shangdu Power Generation, and the influence to the normal running of the boiler was reducted.
