摘要
文章论述了我国超(超)临界机组投运中实际的热经济性水平及可靠性现状,指出在评估超(超)临界机组节煤、减排效益时应以年度供电煤耗作为主要比较依据;在评估机组可靠性时,宜按投产初期、商业运行和长期运行这几个不同阶段分别进行,并应高度重视SPE对超(超)临界机组长期安全经济运行的影响。最后,还介绍了我国在超(超)临界发电技术方面所实施的一些重大技术创新和优化经验。
The actual thermal economy level and reliability of China's SC/USC unit operation are discussed. It suggests that net coal consumption rate should be used as main basis in evaluating SC/USC unit coal saving and emission reduction benefits; it is more appropriate to assess unit reliability according to different stages, such as early production, commercial operation, and long term operation, and more attention should be paid on the effects of SPE on long term safe operation of SC/USC units. Finally, several important technical innovations and optimization experiences of China's SC/USC technology are introduced.
