Progress of long non-coding RNA research in pancreatic cancer

摘要 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是长度超过200 nt的非编码RNA,在调控肿瘤的生长、凋亡、转移和浸润中发挥重要作用。近几年的研究提示lncRNA与胰腺癌的发展有关,但其在胰腺癌中的分子机制尚未明确。本文简要总结近年来胰腺癌密切相关的lncRNA,包括HOTAIR、MALAT1、H19和Gas5等研究进展,旨在为新的肿瘤标志物和新的治疗靶点提供依据。
