草酸抑制Cu(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)离子对蛇纹石的活化作用研究

摘要 以蛇纹石纯矿物为研究对象,通过纯矿物浮选、Zeta电位分析、捕收剂吸附量测定和溶液化学计算,进行了草酸抑制Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)离子对蛇纹石的浮选活化作用的试验研究。结果表明:当pH〉6时,Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)能够有效地活化丁基钾黄药对蛇纹石的浮选,而草酸能够有效抑制这一活化作用;Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)能够提高蛇纹石表面的Zeta电位,草酸的存在能够降低其表面Zeta电位;丁基钾黄药几乎不在纯净的蛇纹石表面吸附,Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)的存在能够大幅度提高丁基钾黄药在蛇纹石表面的吸附量,草酸则能有效地降低其吸附量。通过相关体系的溶液化学计算发现,在pH 9-10的范围内,Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)主要以Cu(OH)(s)和Ni(OH)(s)的形式存在,通过沉淀罩盖活化蛇纹石的浮选;草酸能够有效地络合稳定矿浆中的铜、镍羟基络合物,从而抑制其对蛇纹石的活化作用。 Taking pure mineral of serpentine as a research object,the researches for inhibiting the activation of Cu(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)ions on serpentine by oxalic acid were carried out by pure mineral floatation tests,Zeta potential measurement,adsorption measurement of collecting agent and solution chemistry analysis.Results of tests showed that:Cu(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)ions could effectively activate the floatation effect of potassium butyl xanthate on serpentine as solution pH〉6,but oxalic acid could availably inhibit the activation;the Zeta potential of serpentine cloud be improved by Cu(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ),while reduced by oxalic acid;potassium butyl xanthate could hardly adsorb at the surface of clean serpentine,while the adsorption could be improved greatly by Cu(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)and inhibited by oxalic acid.Results of solution chemistry analysis showed that in the pH range of 9to10,Cu(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)were mainly existed as Cu(OH)2(s)and Ni(OH)2(s),which would cover up serpentine as sediment and activate the floatation;the copper and nickel hydroxy complex could be complexed and stabilized by oxalic acid,thereby,and the activation for serpentine could be inhibited.
