摘要
通过食品加工实验课程改革,培养学生的专业素质和动手操作能力,探索培养应用型人才的有效途径。本文从课程背景、教学内容、教学方法、课程考核几方面进行了探讨,并提出了改革的几点建议。
By curriculum revolution of food processing experi- ment, professionalism and hands-on ability of students were trained, and efficient way of training applied talents was explored. Teaching and thinking of food processing experiment was ex- plored from the aspects of curriculum background, teaching con- tent, teaching methods and eourse examination in this paper, and some suggestions for reform were put forward.
