摘要
艾草是我国常见的中草药。艾草,又称香艾、苦艾,以叶入药,性温、味苦、无毒、纯阳之性、通十二经、走三阴;芳香温散,可升可降;亦常用于针灸,故又被称为"医草"。艾草最大功效为袪湿散寒、止血止痛,另外还具有温血活血、健胃强壮等功效。本课题通过对其挥发油的提取,检测其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的抑制作用,并对其挥发油抑菌性进行研究。

The biggest effect of Artemisia argyi is to remove wet bleeding, cold pain, Warm blood and promoting blood circulation strengthening stomach making people strong etc. Our project aims at, through the extraction of its volatile oil, testing its effects on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa inhibitory effect as well as studying its naphtha bacteriostasis.
