摘要
采用PVA好氧生物处理工艺分别处理果汁废水、印染废水以及生活污水,考察了3种废水的处理效果和污泥减容效果。研究结果表明:该工艺具有良好的处理效率和较高的处理负荷,对果汁废水、印染废水、生活污水的CODCr的平均去除率分别达到95.2%、85.4%、83.2%,对应容积负荷分别达到7.0、2.2、1.5kg[CODCr]/(m3·d);该工艺在整个运行过程中基本无污泥外排,污泥产率仅为0.080-0.104kg[MLSS]/kg[CODCr],具有明显的污泥减量效果。
Using PVA aerobic biological process to treat fruit juice wastewater, printing and dyeing wastew- ater, and domestic wastewater, the treatment effect of the said 3 kinds of wastewater and the sludge reduction were investigated. The results showed that, the said process had good treatment efficiency and high loading rate. The volume loading rates reached 7.0, 2.2 and 1.5 kg[CODcr]/(m3.d) respectively, with average removal rates of CODcr of 95.2%, 85.4% and 83.2% respectively. There is basically no sludge excretion during the operation, the sludge yield was only 0.080 - 0.104 kg[MLSS ]/kg[CODcr], which showed an obvious effect on sludge reduction.
