摘要
在已有研究的基础上对物流组织的复杂性与创新进行了细化,将三组权变因素(10个)与"复杂性与创新"联系在一起构建了模型,并对模型各因素、各关系进行了详细的分析。分析结果可知:大、小型物流组织在三组权变因素的影响下,所表现出的"复杂性-创新"的关系是迥异的。
In this paper, we refined the complexity and the innovation based on previous researches, built the model by combining three sets of contingency factors（10 factors） with the complexity and the innovation and analyzed all the factors and relations of the model in detail. The findings showed under the influence of the contingency factors, the relation between complexity and innovation of large and small logistics organizationspresented differently.
