摘要
铬泥的清洁化处理,既能减少环境污染又能实现铬资源的循环利用。通过正交试验研究不同条件下的脱铬效果,发现碱法处理样品脱铬效果较好,其最佳处理条件:用10%的氢氧化钠和200%的水在50℃下处理样品50 min,然后按照比例加入一定量的碳酸钠,搅拌30 min后,利用离心机使固液分离,达到脱铬的目的。此方法的脱铬率达到54%,对实现铬污泥的清洁化处理有一定的参考价值。
The cleaning treatment of chromic sludge can both reduce the environmental pollution and realize the circulatory use of chromium resources. The result of orthogonal experimental on the samples' dechroming rate under different condition show that alkaline treatment is of best effect.The treatment condition as followed: treat the sample with10% sodium hydroxide and 200% distilled water under 50 ℃ for 50 min.Then join in sodium carbonate according to the rate and stir them for 30 min.Separate the solid and liquid using a whizzer.The dechroming rate reach at 54% which is of great value to the cleaning treatment of chromic sludge.
