摘要
为了使铬革屑再生资源化,用碱法从铬革屑提取胶原降解物并与三聚氰胺共缩聚制得复合物(degraded collagen-melamine compound,CMC)。通过原料分次加入可控制CMC中游离甲醛含量。十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(SDS-PAGE)测得CMC分子量主要分布在15~25 k Da,相对分子质量较原料大,游离氨基减少;SEM测得CMC粉体平均粒径明显大于胶原降解物,但仍保持胶原降解物原有缔合的颗粒形貌;CMC颗粒的热熔温度为≥120℃。在pH 7~8,CMC水分散液中平均粒径约为125 nm,分布较窄;电位分析仪测得分散液等电点为pH 4~5。分析结果表明了CMC粉料特有的性能及潜在的应用前景。
In order to recycle chrome leather scraps,degraded collagen was extracted from chrome leatherscraps by an alkaline method,which is further used in the preparation of the degraded-collagen/melaminecompound(CMC).Free formaldehyde contents in CMC were controlled by multiple addition of degradedcollagen.SDS-PAGE results show that the molecular weight of CMC is in a range of15~25kDa,which islarger than original samples.Free amino groups of CMC also decrease.SEM results show that the averageparticle size of CMC is significantly larger than that of degraded collagen,white the original particlemorphology is kept.The average particle size of CMC dispersed in water is^125nm with narrowdistribution when pH is7~8.The isoelectric point of CMC is pH4~5from potentiometric analysis.The hotmelting temperature of CMC is≥120℃.These results indicate potential applications of the CMC powderprepared.
