摘要
针对目前我国铅冶炼行业的特点,对两种最有推广前景的高铅渣直接还原工艺富氧底吹还原及富氧侧吹还原工艺进行了分析对比,认为高铅渣的直接还原具有流程短、综合能耗低、自动化控制水平高、污染低等特点,对提升我国铅生产技术水平,实现节能减排具有重要意义。而富氧侧吹还原炉具有无运动部件、有利于渣铅分离、渣含铅低等优点,具有更加广阔的应用前景。
According to the characteristics of lead Smelting in China, the rich - lead slag direct reduction technology of the oxygen enrichment bottom - blowing reduction process and oxygen enrichment side - blowing process which have popularizing prospect were analyzed and compared. The results show that the direct reduction technology of liquid rich - lead slag has the characteristics of short process, low energy consumption, high automation, low pollution, and so on, which has important significance to improve domestic lead smelting technical level and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. Compared to oxygen enrichment bottom -blowing furnace, the oxygen enrichment side - blowing furnace has many advantages, such as no moving parts, easy separation of slag and lead, low lead content in the slag, and have the more extensive application foreground.
