摘要
某炉具燃烧器零件结构复杂,需经冲裁、拉深、整形、冲孔、翻边、弯边、预弯、压平等多道工序完成。通过对该炉具燃烧器的零件结构、冲压成形工艺性和工艺方案进行分析,确定了采用14工位级进模进行制件成形的冲压工艺方案,并设计了排样图;分析了级进模整体、斜楔压弯和包边压平等装置的结构特点,并对主要零部件进行了设计改进。生产试验表明,该级进模设计合理、工作可靠、生产效率高,能够满足炉具燃烧器零件的大批量生产要求。
The stove burner needs blanking, drawing, shaping, piercing, flanging, flange bending, pre-bending, flattening and other processes to be produced for its complicated structure. The structure, stamping processes and schemes of stove burner were analyzed, then the fourteen positions progressive stamping processes for manufacturing parts was determined and the layout was designed. The structural features of overall structure, cam driver bending and hemming-flattening structure were studied, and the main parts of progressive die were designed and improved. The production tests prove that the die structure is reasonable, reliable and high efficient, and suitable for mass production of parts in stove burner.
