微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年3月至2013年2月于濮阳市人民医院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者66例,随机分为两组,对照组30例行传统正畸治疗,观察组36例行微型种植体支抗治疗,对比两组治疗效果与并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后X线头影测量结果均显著改善,且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组。结论在口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗可提供可靠稳定的骨性支抗,操作简单,并发症发生率低,具有较高临床应用价值。
