常规矫正与微型种植体口腔正畸临床效果观察评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比常规矫正治疗与微型种植体口腔正畸治疗的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法,将2018年1月-2020年1月本院口腔科100例口腔正畸患者随机分为对照组和观察组,50例每组,对照组实施常规矫正,观察组实施微型种植体支抗矫正治疗,两组比较临床疗效、牙列矫正情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为100%,高于对照组90%(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者的上中切牙倾角、上中切牙凸距、尖牙宽度均在治疗后减小(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的上中切牙倾角、上中切牙凸距、尖牙宽度均较对照组更小(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为2%,低于对照组14%(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗中,可提高疗效,更好地矫正牙列畸形情况,还可减少并发症发生。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of conventional orthodontic treatment and Micro Implant orthodontic treatment.Methods Using the random number table method,100 cases of orthodontic patients in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine correction,and the observation group was given micro implant anchorage treatment.The clinical efficacy,dentition correction and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was100%,which was higher than 90%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the inclination of upper central incisor,convex distance of upper central incisor and width of canine in the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the inclination of the upper central incisor,the convex distance of the upper central incisor and the width of the canines were smaller in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than 14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment can improve the curative effect,better correct the dentition deformity,and reduce the incidence of complications.
