摘要
首先在阐述古村落文化遗产内涵的基础上,提出古村落保护性旅游开发的概念。其次提出古村落保护性旅游开发的3个指导思想和4个基本原则,即以古村落的可持续发展、提高古村落居民生活水平、打造高品质古村落旅游精品为指导思想,以政府为主导,规划先行;平衡环境承载力,保留原真;协调保护与开发冲突,以人为本;以古村落文化为优势,塑造精品为原则。最后提出古村落保护性旅游的开发策略和具体措施,以期为古村落文化遗产在保护性旅游开发中提供理论保障和方法启迪。
On the basis of the connotation of the cultural heritage of the ancient villages,this paper puts forward the concept of protective tourism development of ancient villages. Secondly it discusses three guiding principles and four basic principles of protective tourism development of ancient villages as following： taking the sustainable development of ancient villages,improving the living standards of residents and creating a tourist quality of ancient villages as the guiding principles,led by the government and planning in advance; balancing the environmental carrying capacity and retaining the original ancient villages; harmonizing the development and the conflicts with people-oriented; using the culture advantages of ancient villages to shape the fine quality as the principles.Finally,it puts forward strategies and specific measures of protective tourism development of ancient villages in order to provide theories and methods for protective tourism development of ancient villages.
