摘要
目的:观察跌打丸治疗骨伤科扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的本院骨伤科146患者随机分成对照组和观察组各73例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予跌打丸外敷治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,运动功能恢复情况,肿胀消退程度以及镇痛效果。结果:对照组有效率为87.67%,观察组有效率为97.26%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后肢体运动功能,肢体肿胀恢复以及止痛效果均较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05),组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:跌打丸外敷能促进肢体运动功能恢复情况,有效缓解患肢肿胀,促进患肢愈合修复,且镇痛效果值得肯定。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Dieda Pill on orthopedic sprain. Methods： 146 patients who visited the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of our hospital eligible for inclusion criteria were randomized into control group（ 73 cases） given conventional treatment and observation group（ 73 cases） additionally given external application of Dieda Pill. Then the clinical effects and the recovery of motor function,swelling abatement and analgesic effects in the two groups were compared. Results： In the observation group,the effective rate was 87. 67 % in control group and 97. 26% in observation group; the difference was statistical significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the motor function,swelling abatement and analgesic effects in both groups got improved（ P 〈0. 05）; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Dieda Pill can promote the functional recovery of limb movement,effectively alleviate limb swelling and facilitate the healing and repairing of the limbs. Besides,its analgesic effect deserves recognition.
