摘要
                
                    研究气体保护钨极弧焊(GTAW)参数对AISI 202铬锰不锈钢点状腐蚀的影响,开发了一个实证数理方程,用以建立耐点蚀当量数(PREN)与焊接电流、焊接速度、焊枪角度和气体流速等焊接参数之间的联系。采用带有四个参数、五个层级的水平中心组合反应曲面法进行实验。并用方差分析检验了模型的妥善性。用表面和等值线图研究了焊接接头耐点蚀当量数工艺参数的主要影响。并得出焊接接头的质量会受到焊件微观结构的高度影响。同时,冶金变化可导致焊件质量变差,如微偏析、次生相沉淀、热影响区晶粒生长和材料的蒸发损失等。探讨焊枪角度对检验焊件微观结构的影响。研究结果有助于快速选择相应的工艺参数来实现所需的耐点蚀当量数和焊接质量。
                
                Studied the gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) parameters affecting on AISI 202 Cr Mn stainless steel pitting corrosion,and developed an empirical mathematical equation,which is used to establish the connection between the PREN and welding parameters, such as welding current ,welding speed, angle of welding gun and gas flow rate. Used four parameters ,five level central composite response stu'face method level for experiment. Analysis of the development model was properly tested by variance.Map of the study mainly affecting PREN process parameters of welded joint with surface and contour. And the quality of welded joints were influenced by the height of the weldment microstrueture . At the same time,metallurgical change could cause the welding quality variation,such as micro segregation,secondary phase precipitation,heat affected zone grain growth and material evaporation loss. Discussed the influence of welding gun angle on the test weldment microstrueture. The results of the present study is helpful to quickly select the corresponding process parameters to achieve the desired PREN and welding quality.
