摘要
分析研究扁平材厂生产的马氏体不锈2Cr13(餐具用钢)出现的技术、质量问题:表面抛不光,表面质量差,板形不好,通过理论和实践跟踪分析,改进生产工艺:改进加热工艺,采用新型轧辊轧制,改进热处理工艺。基本解决了马氏体不锈钢2Cr13的表面质量问题(表面抛不光问题)。
The problem of quality,such as unpolished surface,bad surface quality and profile shape emerged in the production of 2Cr13 in Flat Products Plant were analyzed.Based on the theoretical and practical analysis,the old production process was improved by modification of heating process,adoption of new-style roller and modification of heat treatment process,consequently the problem of surface(for example unpolished surface)in production of martensitic stainless steel was solved.
