摘要
在全光照自动喷雾条件下,采用不同浓度的ABT对黄栀子插条进行处理。结果表明,200 mg·L-1ABT处理10 min插穗的扦插生根率、平均生根数、平均根长和根系效果等指数最优。
The experiment in young branch cutting of Gardaniajas minoides Ellis soaked respectively in different concentrations of ABT,under the environment of full illumination and automatic water spraying,was carried out. The cuttings rooting rate,average root number,average root Length and root effects index reached the best when the branches were treated in 200 mg·L- 1ABT solution for10 minutes.
