摘要
结合既有成熟己内酰胺HPO工艺技术的装置流程设计及生产经验,针对采用新一代己内酰胺工艺技术新建装置主流程基础设计阶段的特点,以实例阐述了HAZOP和LOPA技术相互结合的应用过程,有效地识别了新建己内酰胺装置在主流程基础设计阶段和未来运行过程中存在的风险,并提出了降低风险的措施和建议,从本质上有效降低了新建装置的潜在风险,为新一代己内酰胺装置后续详细设计、生产运行等阶段的HAZOP审查提供参考和借鉴。
Combining with the process design and production experience of the present mature HPO process for caprolactam plant,this paper expounds the application process of combining HAZOP with LOPA analysis methods through a practical case according to the characteristics of the main process in the newly-built caprolactam plant adopting new-generation technology during the basic design phase. The existing risks in the basic design phase of the main process in the newly-built caprolactam plant and in future operation process are identified effectively. The paper also proposes some measures and suggestions to reduce risks. These essentially reduce the potential risks of the new plant effectively and provide important reference for HAZOP review during the phases of subsequent detailed design of new-generation caprolactam plant and production and operation of the plant.
