摘要
紧急切断阀的设置对于维护化工油品罐区安全具有重要意义,通过HAZOP分析、LOPA分析明确安全仪表系统的设置要求,根据有关文件及设计规范,并结合工程经验,讨论了紧急切断阀的选型设计原则,特别研究了防火设计。以某苯罐改造设计中紧急切断阀的实际应用为例,探讨了紧急切断阀在油品罐区应用的选型设计及安全联锁方案,为今后罐区紧急切断阀的工程设计提供参考。
The setting of emergency shut-off valves is of great significance for maintenance of chemical oil tank-farm safety.Through HAZOP analysis and LOPA analysis,the setting requirements of safety instrumented system are clarified.According to related documentations and design specifications,and combining with engineering experience,the type selection design principle of emergency shut-off valve is discussed.Fire protection design is especially stressed. Taking one actual application of emergency shut-off valve used in a benzene tank modification design as an example,the type selection design and safety interlocking scheme of emergency shut-off valve in tank-farm are discussed.It can be used as reference for engineering design of emergency shut-off vaive.
