摘要
目的：建立鼻窦舒胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对鼻窦舒胶囊的白芷、苍耳子、辛夷和薄荷药材进行薄层色谱鉴别；高效液相法测定白芷的欧前胡素含量。结果：薄层色谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰，欧前胡素含量测定平均回收率为98.47%，RSD（n=6）为0.93%，41.12~411.20ng范围内呈线性关系（r=0.99992）。结论：该方法可有效控制鼻窦舒胶囊的质量。
Objective：To establish the quality specification of Bidoushu capsules. Methods：Used thin-layer chromatography （TLC） to identify the An-gelicae dahuricae radix, Xanthii fructus, Magnoliae flos and Menthae haplocalycis herba in the capsules; and high performance liquid chro-matographu （HPLC） to determine the content of imperatorin in Angelicae dahuricae radix. Results：The TLC spots were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference, the average recovery rate of content determination of imperatorin was 98.47%, RSD （n=6） was 0.93%, and showed linear re-lationship within the range of 41.12~411.20ng （r=0.99992）. Conclusion：This method can effectively control the quality of Bidoushu capsules.
