摘要
目的:建立清火明目丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对方中的白芷、知母、牛蒡子进行定性鉴别。结果:清火明目丸中的白芷、知母、牛蒡子的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征,主斑点Rf值与白芷、知母对照药材和牛蒡子苷对照品均相同,分别为0.76、0.57和0.68。结论:薄层色谱法定性鉴别方法简单、快速,重现性好,可用于清火明目丸的质量控制。
Objective：To establish the quality standards for Qinghuomingmu Pill.Methods：The Angelica,Anemarrhenae and Arctium were identified by the thin layer chromatography（TLC）method.Results：Typical characteristics of Angelica,Anemarrhenae and Arctium were identified by TLC method,the Rf value of the main spots were the same to the control herbs of Angelica,Anemarrhenae and the control substance of arctiin,and they were 0.76,0.57 and 0.68 respectively.Conclusion：The qualitative identification method of TLC is simple,rapid and reproducible,and which can be used for the quality control of Qinghuomingmu Pill.
