摘要
目的探讨围术期护理干预对胃癌根治术患者胃肠功能恢复、术后并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2012年10月至2014年10月间收治的84例胃癌根治术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组患者接受围术期常规护理,观察组患者接受围术期护理干预,观察和比较两组术后患者胃肠功能恢复情况、术后并发症以及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者术后肛门排气时间、胃管拔除时间、下床活动时间均明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者术后并发症(肺部感染、切口感染、粘连性肠梗阻、吻合口瘘)的发生率明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者护理满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预有利于胃癌根治术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intelwention on the gastrointes- tinal function recovery, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree for patients with radical gastrectomy. Methods The 84 patients with radical gastrectomy from October 2012 to October 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 aeses in each group. The patients in the control group accepted perioperative routine nursing and the observation group accepted perioperative nursing intervention. The gastrointestinal function recovery, postoperative com- plications and satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative anal exhaust time, extubation time and ambulation time in the observa- tion group were significantly reduced, with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications such as pulmonary infection, incision infection, intesti- nal obstruction due to adhesions, anastomotic fistula were obviously decreased in the observation group, with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, the nu^ing satisfaction degree was sig- nificantly improved in the observation group, with significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions The perioperative nursing intervention is in favor of gastrointestinal function recovery for patients with radical gas- treetomy, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service.
