摘要
以中水大蒜茎盘为材料,研究不同激素组合对组织培养的影响。结果表明,中水大蒜茎盘不定芽诱导较佳培养基为B5+1mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA;愈伤组织诱导较佳培养基为B5+0.5 mg/L 2.4-D+2 mg/L NAA+1 mg/L 6-BA;高浓度的细胞分裂素有利于愈伤组织再分化,其中6-BA有利于不定芽的发生,KT有利于胚状体的发生;根诱导较佳培养基为1/2 B5+0.1 mg/L IBA。
Stem disc of Zhongshui garlic were used as explants to study the effect of different combinations of hormone on the tissue culture. The results showed that the optimum medium for inducing adventitious bud from the stem disc of Zhong shui garlic was B5 ＋ 1 mg/L 6-BA ＋ 0.5 mg/L NAA ; The optimum medium for induction of callus was B5 ＋ 0.5 mg/L 2.4-D ＋ 2 mg,/L NAA ＋ 1 mg/L 6-BA; Cyiokinin at high concentration was favorable to the rediffcrentiation of callus, 6-BA was favorable to the induction of adventitious bud, KT was favorable to the induction of somatic embryos induction; the optimum medium for inducing root was 1/2B5 ＋0.1 mg/L IBA.
