摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鸡嗉子叶的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行分离分析,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量.通过计算机检索,鉴定出51个化学成分,其中主要成分为5,6,7,8,9,10-六氢-6,7,8,9-四氧合-2-吩嗪甲酸(17.357%)、十八醛(11.042%)、2-氟代-N-[2-(2-糠基氨基)-乙氧羰基]苯甲酰胺(9.371%)、二十烷(6.970%)、1-甲基-5硝基吡唑(4.589%)、β-紫罗兰酮(2.441%)、10-甲基二十烷(3.463%)、乙酸橙花叔醇酯(2.058%).
The chemical components of the essential oil in the leaves of Dendrobenthamia capitata ( Wall. ) Hutch. were extracted by water stream distillation and analyzed by GC - MS. The relative contents of the chemical components were calculated by the chromatographic peak area normalization method. Fifty - one chemical compounds were identified from the essential oil of Dendrobenthamia capitata (Wall.) Hutch. The main compounds were 5,6,7,8,9,10 - hexahydro - 6,7, 8,9 - tetraoxo - 2 - phenazinecarboxylicacid ( 17. 357% ), octadecanal ( 11.042% ) ,2 - fluoro - N - [ 2 - (2 - furfurylami- no) - 2 - oxoethyl ] benzamide (9. 371% ), eicosane (6. 970% ), 1 - methyl - 5 - nitropyrazole (4. 589% ), β - ionone (2. 441% ) ,10 -methyl eicosane (3. 463% ) ,and nerolidyl acetate(2. 058% ).
