摘要
阐述了连续动态逆流提取的原理,介绍了罐组式、拖链型连通器式、螺旋式连续逆流提取设备以及连续逆流提取方法对天然产物的提取状况。并提出了连续逆流提取与微波、超声波、离心器等辅助方法的结合运用是连续动态逆流提取的发展方向。
The principles of the continuous countercurrent extraction was reviewed, and the multi-stage tanktype, towline type and screw type and the present extracting conditions of natural product were introduced. The combination of continuous countercurrent extraction with microwave, ultrasound and the centrifugal in the future is proposed.
