摘要
本文从精冲机理、精冲工艺、精冲方法、精冲过程有限元模拟方法、精冲模具以及精冲设备这6个方面对精冲技术进行了综述,介绍了精冲技术在以上几个方面的研究现状。分析结果表明,目前对精冲技术的研究主要集中在精冲机理、精冲工艺、精冲设备等方面,对精冲模具、精冲方法、精冲过程有限元模拟方法等方面的研究还较欠缺;高强度材料及复杂结构零件的精冲生产是目前精冲技术的难点;提出了采用创新的精冲方法、高复合度的精冲复合工艺以及智能化的精冲模具将是精冲技术未来的发展趋势。
It was discussed comprehensively the fine blanking technology by analyzing the mechanism, the process, the method, the finite element simulation, the die and the equipment of the fine blanking. The current research status from the six aspects above was reviewed. The results show that the current researches are mainly focused on the mechanism, the process and the equipment of fine blanking, while the researches on the method, the finite element simulation and the die of fine blanking are insufficient. Producing fine blanking parts with high-strength materials and complex structure is the difficulty of the current fine blanking technology. It is proposed that the innovative fine blanking method, the fine blanking combination process of high integration level, and the intelligent fine blanking die are the development trend of fine blanking.
