厚板精冲塑性剪切带热力耦合分析与模具失效 被引量:3

Coupled Thermal-mechanical Analysis of Plastic Shear Zone and Die Damage in Thick Plate Fine Blanking Process

摘要 厚板精冲过程属非稳态大塑性变形,其精冲剪切带区域变形剧烈而复杂,对此进行实验研究存在诸多困难。本文对厚板精冲工艺进行了基于热力耦合的有限元分析,连续模拟了齿圈压入、板料塑性剪切到完全断裂的过程,获得了厚板精冲过程中剪切带的金属流动规律、热力分布,并通过模具的应力场和温度场分布对模具失效原因进行了分析与预测。 Thick plate fine blanking process has been simulated by using coupled thermal-mechanical finite element method in the text. Metal flow law and multi-physical fields during fine blanking have been obtained. The reason of die damage reasons have been analyzed and predicted through the distribution of temperature fields and stress fields.
