摘要
目的:对2013年4月~2015年5月间采集的103份福建畲族无关个体样本进行Y染色体上11个短串联重复序列(STR)基因座遗传多态性分析。方法:应用Investigator Argus Y-12扩增系统进行复合扩增,用310遗传分析仪进行基因扫描和基因分型。结果:共检出82个等位基因,基因频率范围为0.0097~0.6990,基因多样性GD值为0.4533~0.9596,11个Y-STR基因座共同构成单倍型91种,其中81种单倍型出现1次,8种出现2次,2种出现3次,单倍型多样性HD为0.9728。结论:11个Y-STR基因座在福建畲族具有较高的遗传多态性,对研究群体遗传学和法医学应用有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the genetic polymorphism of 11Y-chromosome short tandem repeats(STR)loci in Fujian She ethnic population.Methods:Investigator Argus Y-12 reagent kit was used to conduct the co-amplification of gene and a genetic analyzer was used for genescan and analysis of the genotype from 103 unrelated individuals.Results:The frequencies range of 82 STR loci detected were 0.0097-0.6990.The gene diversity values(GD)was 0.4533-0.9596.Ninety-one haplotypes were found in 11Y-STR loci,of which 81 were unique,8were found in 2individuals,2in 3individuals,and the haplotypes diversity values(HD)was 0.9728.Conclusion:The genetic distribution of the 11Y-STR loci in Fujian She ethnic population groups shows favorable polymorphisms,which would be very powerful for population genetics and forensic practice.
