摘要
目的临床护理教学是护生学习生涯中最重要的一个阶段,是护生验证、巩固、深化所学的护理理论知识的过程,但临床护理教师缺乏系统的教学能力培训,不能适应现阶段的教学要求,如何解决这些问题,提高教学能力,保证临床带教质量,培养好接班人成为护理管理者要解决的一个重要问题,笔者在护理教育管理中探讨"院校合作"培养管理模式在护理教学中的应用及效果,以提高临床护理教师的教学能力,培养优秀护理教育人才。方法选择2012—2013学年临床护理带教老师56人,均进行常规的带教方法培训后按随机数字表法分为2组,观察组采用"院校合作"的培养管理模式,对照组采用常规管理模式,同时将实习护生60名用随机数字表法分为2组,分别进行带教后进行效果比较,通过学生分别评价2组带教老师教学能力及2组带教的护生实习综合成绩来比较2组临床护理教师的教学能力。结果将经过不同的培养管理后的2组教师所带教的学生成绩进行比较,观察组和对照组学生实习后考核成绩比较,t=15.7497,P<0.05,2组之间差异有统计学意义;学生对2组带教老师的教学能力评价进行比较,P<0.05,2组之间差异有统计学意义。结论开展"院校合作"的培养管理模式不仅为教师搭建了良好的交流平台,而且全面提高临床护理教师教学能力和专职教师的临床经验,通过资源共享,优势互补,保证护理人才培养的质量。
Objective The clinical nursing teaching is one of the most important learning career stage of nursing students, and the process that students verify, consolidate and deepen the understanding of the theoretical knowledge. But the clinical nursing teachers lacks of system training on teaching ability, and cannot adapt toteaching requirements at present stage. How to improve their teaching ability and ensure the quality of clinical teaching is becoming an important problem that nursing manager face to. We explored hospital-college cooperation education and management mode in the clinical practice,and achieved a certain degree of success in the training of outstanding nursing teachers. Methods From 2012 to 2013 school year ,56 clinical nursing teachers were divided into observation group and control group by random number ta- ble method after receiving the conventional teaching methods training. The observation group adopted thehospital-college cooperation education and management mode, while the control group adopted the conventional management mode. 60 nursing students in practice were also divided into two groups by random number table method to correspond to the teach- ers. The teaching effect was compared between the two groups by students' evaluation on the teaching ability of teachers and the results of tests for students. Results By the end of practice,the examination results of students between the observation group and the control group were statistically signifieantt = 15.7497, P 〈 0. 05 ; the students ' evaluation on the teaching ability of teachers was also statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The hospital-college cooperation education and management mode can build a good communication platform for teachers to exchange theexperienceof teaching, improve the teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers andtheclinical experience offull-time teachers, share the resources to complement each other, ensure the quality of training nursing talents.
