摘要
‘夏黑’是南方无核葡萄避雨栽培的主栽品种,由于其三倍体核不育性,生产上常需膨大处理。为探寻一种省力又有效的膨大处理方案,研究比较了1次膨大与2次膨大处理的方案,探讨不同处理时期、试剂配比和浓度对葡萄果实膨大效果的影响。结果显示,‘夏黑’2次膨大处理在盛花期用浓度为30 mg/L的GA3溶液浸果,15天后使用GA320 mg/L+CPPU 3.5 mg/L进行第2次膨大处理,果实穗重达400 g,粒重6.33 g,可溶性固形物含量18.4%。1次处理在盛花后3天左右,使用GA350 mg/L+CPPU2.5 mg/L对果实进行1次浸果处理,穗重400 g,粒重5.56 g,可溶性固形物含量18.0%。
‘Summer black’is one of the main grape varieties under shelter cultivation in south China.Due toits triploid nucleus sterility,enlarging fruit is required in production.To discover an effective method,thisstudy compared once-treatment with twice-treatment by applying different formulations at different periods.The results showed that in twice-treatment of‘Summer black’,soaking was conducted with a concentration ofGA3 30 mg/L at blooming stage,then GA3 20 mg/L plus CPPU 3.5 mg/L was applied after 15 days.Under thistreatment,fruit ear weight could reach 400 g,berry weight was 6.33 g,and total soluble solid content reached18.4%.In once-treatment,GA3 50 mg/L plus CPPU 2.5 mg/L was applied for soaking 3 days after full blossom,fruit ear weight could reach 400 g,berry weight was 5.56 g,and total soluble solid content was 18.0%.
