摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑论证等研究方法,运用身份协商理论分析了信息技术时代下体育教师传统身份所面临的困境,并就如何应对困境提出了对策。研究发现,信息技术的应用与发展让体育教师的传统身份岌岌可危,主要表现在体育教育文化变迁导致的体育教师身份危机和体育教师教学实践体验到的身份尴尬。根据身份协商理论,体育教师需要从觉察力、身份认识、协商技巧3个方面通过身份协商来应对当前困境,满足信息技术时代寄予体育教师的身份期待。
This study analyzed traditional identity difficulties faced by physical education teachers in information technology era through identity negotiation theory, by the methods of literature review and logical argumentation, and gave some suggestions to deal with them. The result showed that application and development of information technology pushed the traditional identity of physical education teacher in jeopardy, mainly in identity crisis re- duced by cuhure change of physical education and in identity embarrassment faced by physical education teachers in teaching practice. According to identity negotiation theory, it is obligatory for physical education teachers to com- plete their identity negotiation via mindfulness, identity and negotiation skill to deal with the current predicament and to meet their identity expectation in information technology era.
