摘要
目的提高消毒供应中心（central sterile supply department,CSSD）的工作质量和效率,控制院内感染,实现CSSD处置重复使用医疗器械、物品的质量追溯信息化管理。方法 2014年7月我院采用东华软件股份有限公司设计的CSSD质量追溯系统条形码技术,对院内复用器械、物品的处理进行完整、实时的过程追溯管理。结果实施前（2014年1～6月）及实施后（7～12月）分别抽样器械包360件,布类包296件,应用追溯系统后发生缺陷包情况少于实施前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;工作量统计、器械报损、灭菌质量、各项记录质量、过期预警等缺陷情况与实施前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CSSD应用追溯系统实现了全程质量监控,保证了复用器械、物品的质量,使消毒供应工作更加规范化、流程化,同时提高了人员综合素质、工作效率和专业化管理水平。
Objective To enhance the quality and efficiency of central sterile supply department（CSSD）,control the infections in the hospital and realize the digitalized management of reusable medical apparatus and materials through a tracking system.Methods A quality tracking software in CSSD has been applied.It consists of reusable medical apparatus system,flow chart of quality tracking system,expiration warning system,records of sterilizers,and statistic of working loads.The management was realized through the bar code system.Results From July to December of 2014,360 operation apparatus bags and 296 accessory bags were managed by the system.There was a significant difference in working loads,quality of sterilization,package,records and expiration warning after the application of the system（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The tracking system realizes the quality monitoring in the whole process,ensures the quality of reusable apparatus and materials,and standardizes the disinfection supplies.It also enhances the comprehensive quality,working efficiency and specialized management of staff.
