摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是以慢性滑膜炎为病变的全身性自身免疫疾病。目前RA的病因及发病机制仍不明确,尚缺乏有效的预防手段和根治办法,动物模型的研制是医学科研的重要步骤,选择与人RA相近的动物模型是实验研究的基础。就近年来应用于类风湿关节炎(RA)实验研究的动物模型进行简要概括,以期为RA研究选择理想的实验模型提供参考。
Rheumatoid arthritis （rheumatoid arthritis, RA） is a autoimmune disease characterized by chronic synovitis, it is difficult to prevent and cure it, animal models is an important part of medical research, so selecting the pathogenesis of human RA similar ani- mal model is particularly vital for research. In order to provide experimental model reference for RA study, this article summarizes animal models of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） for experimental studies in recent years.
