某矿用车动力总成悬置系统隔振性能优化设计

摘要 以某矿用载人车动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了悬置系统的简化模型。从动力总成悬置系统能量解耦的角度,对整车设计过程中选用悬置系统的隔振性能进行了分析评价。选取前、后悬置三向静刚度为优化参数,针对车辆动力总成及悬置系统实际设计影响因素,设定了优化条件,对原有悬置系统进行了优化计算。结果表明,优化后的悬置系统的各阶模态频率分布有了较好的改善,相应频率下主自由度上的能量解耦率达到预期效果,为该车辆动力总成悬置系统隔振性能的改进提供了参考依据。 A particular mining vehicle powertrain mounting system was researched. A simplified model of the mounting system was established with finite element analysis software ANSYS. The vibration performance of the selected mounting system in the process of vehicle designing was analyzed and evaluated from the perspective of energy decoupling of powertrain mounting system. The front and rear mounts' stiffness was selected as optimalizing parameters; the optimized conditions were set for influential factors of the actual design of vehicle powertrain and suspension system. The original suspension system was then optimized.Results indicate that modal frequencies distribution of the optimized mounting system has significantly improved; energy decoupling rate at corresponding frequencies attains to the expected value. Reference is provided for vehicle improvement of vibration isolation performance of powertrain mounting system.
