摘要
汽车车身的振动很大程度上来源于车身底板的结构振动。该文通过对商务车白车身底板的动态性能测试,分析了底板3个不同区域的优势频率。研究结果表明,车身底板的振动频率主要集中在0~400Hz的中低频段内,而且频率成分比较丰富,不同区域的优势频率也不尽相同,从而为改进商务车的动态性能及提高商务车的舒适性提供了科学依据。
Most of the structural vibration of vehicles comes from the vibration of the floor. In this paper, by means of testing the dynamic characteristics of the floor of multi-purpose vehicle body-in-white, the dominant frequencies from different parts of the floor are analyzed. The results show that the dominant frequencies are mainly located at low and intermediate frequency from 0 to 400 Hz, and different part of the floor has different dominant frequency. The results provides a scientific basis for improving the dynamic performance and comfort of multi-purpose vehicles.
